Tips for a Better Sleep

Did you know – Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each night? Sleep is essential for boosting immunity, mood and mental sharpness, to name a few benefits. However, stress, irregular work hours, high caffeine intake, among other reasons can cause some people to have difficulty falling/staying asleep.

Some people will benefit from simple changes such as going to bed at the same time each night, removing electronic devices from the bedroom, lessening caffeine intake and winding down before bed such as with a warm bath, yoga, or listening to calming music. Additionally, natural alternatives like Melatonin, Lavender, and Chamomile can help relax you into a regular sleep pattern.
